High-Rise Buildings
There are many factors that affect the cellular signal coverage in each
individual building. The distance of the building from base station, the
building structure and height, the surrounding environment, the base station
antenna height and its down-tilt angle are major factors that affect cellular
signal coverage inside each individual building. The actual cellular signal
level varies from building to building and varies from floor to floor in each
individual building. Generally speaking, taller a floor (except the ground
floor) in a building, weaker the cellular signals there. In average, inside
floors above 10th floor of a building, cellular signals are very poor
and cellular communications are severally worsened. That is where 3D cellular
network can significantly increase cellular signal level and improve cellular
communications. The direct beneficiaries of 3D cellular network are cellular
customers who live and/or work in upper floors of high-rise buildings, especially who are
inside floors above the 10th floor. That means more high-rise
buildings and taller of high-rise buildings, more cellular customers will
benefit from 3D cellular network, and bigger the market value of 3D cellular
network.

populations inside them in twenty major countries and region around the world. Data
in the table are from website: www.emporis.com,
the most authentic website about high-rise buildings in the world. However, data
of some developing countries in the website are obsolete and under-estimated.
For example, actual high-rise buildings in China may be three to five times more
than the data shown in the website. Nevertheless, it still can be used as
reference to evaluate the potential market value of 3D cellular network. The
most valuable data in the table are total floors above the 10th
floors (not include 10th floor) of high-rise buildings and its
relevant population inside. The data of under construction high-rise buildings
indicate developing situation of high-rise buildings in each country or region.
In general, massive constructions of high-rise buildings are undergoing in some
developing countries like China, Brazil, Mexico and India. While in most
developed countries like the United State of America, Canada and west European
countries, the constructions of high-rise buildings are relatively slow and
stable. 3D cellular network has been filed patent protection in all countries and region
listed in this table.
The average market value of each cellular customer varies from country to country. In the United States of America, it is about US$600 a year. The average market value of commercial cellular customer is even higher than that. From data in the table below, the potential market value of 3D cellular network in each country or region can be easily estimated. For example, the potential market value of 3D cellular network in the Unites Station of America is estimated to be more than one billion US dollars a year!
